This app can work in a few different ways. You can choose to install the app and start using it immediately, or you can choose to create a Wi-Fi network on your phone, which you can then use to access the internet.
If you want to create a Wi-Fi network, you will need to enable the Wi-Fi option on the settings screen of the app. You will also need to make sure that the Wi-Fi is turned on on your phone. After that, you can set the network name, choose a password, and click on the start button.
After you have set up the network, you will need to connect your laptop or tablet to the same network. You will then be able to access the internet.
